As Creative Director I rely on innovate technologies, human-centered design and hands-on creativity to create modern digital experiences for an extensive client portfolio. I lead the entire creative process, execute concept direction, and ensure that every project meets the needs and desires of our customers and end users.

Examples of client work:

▪ St. Peter Basilica Digital Experience/ Vatican- Microsoft Created the interactive web experience that integrates immersive storytelling elements such as audio, video, and time-lapse models to engage users. AI-driven tools were incorporated for structural analysis, ensuring the Basilica’s long-term preservation. Lead the Design Thinking workshops to align the platform with stakeholder needs, and the solution’s scalable architecture.

▪ General Motors Racing/ NASCAR GM Motorsports reimagined the UX of the race teams digital platform to support separate teams in assembling vehicles, managing inventory and real-time race events

▪ F5 Distributed Cloud Services pitched winning proposal for $1.3M new visualization sales tool, using a mix of real-time 3D visualizations, and the new HTML 5 canvas 3D / WebGL

▪ Microsoft Envisioned and designed overarching UI/UX strategy for several products within multi-year programs: Microsoft Tech Community, FastTrack, BVP, SCI, Azure Gearup and multiple portals (internal andexternal) that improve and increase user engagement 

▪ HoloLens Mixed Reality created and led multi-day envision workshops for corporate clients including
Bridgestone, Black & Veatch and John Deere

▪ Boeing Onboard Performance Tool (OPT) led the UX design of the performance tool that enables flight
crew and ground personnel to perform real-time weight & balance, takeoff, and landing calculations for
Boeing airframes

▪ V.Group, ShipShure 2.0 led the design and UX of Marine Digital Platform, a cutting-edge real-time marine operation modular management software, from procurement and finance, to voyage performance and seafarer. This engagement included multiple UX executive workshops, multiple contextual inquiries (vessel
visits) hundreds of sketches, wireframes, and mock-ups

Led the Microsoft Equipt UX experience, a subscription-based suite of Office, Windows Live, and the cloud-based Office Live service. “From the opening screen, Equipt introduced itself. The interface is beautiful to look at and informative... ”
▪ Unified a separate service and product installations into one seamless engaging setup client experience
▪Designed an unified UX gateway for Equipt users, and access to information, functions, and services relevant to a person's work or personal interests
▪Built new branding across all the products and services, aligning with the Microsoft master brand, and reflecting elements of Office and Windows
I 2006 – 2007 I Frog Design Principal Designer, Seattle, WA
Provided UX expertise in multiple projects related to Digital Product Design, Marketing & Content
Strategy, and Digital Engagement Strategy.

▪ Crafted the user interfaces for Halo Video Conferencing for HP desktop application that improved usability and increased simplicity
▪ Developed Expedia.com new creative brand strategy, themes, and recommendations presented at VP level to guide choices
I 2004 – 2006 I Adobe Systems. Lead UX Designer, Seattle, WA
Drove the effort to innovate and unify the UX design experience of Adobe’s first suite of integrated products, a complete audio and video post-production solution that combined After Effects, Audition, Premiere, and Encore into the successful launch of Adobe Production Studio.
I 2004 – 2006 I Viewpoint Corporation. Senior UX Designer, Seattle, WA
Directed multiple rich interactive experiences for web consumer and strategic applications that highlighted the new MetaStream Web technology and enabled users to interact with 3D content and other rich media in a truly interactive dynamic Web experience.
I 1998 – 2000 I Metacreations Corporation. Senior UX Designer, Santa Barbara, CA
Designed multiple interfaces for several Metatools, Specular, and Real Time Geometry products with ground-breaking UX designs that hid complexity and enveloped users in an enticing “try this” experience.
